CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT  / PATIENT COORDINATOR

This position involves handling appointments, patient flow, collection, some daily bookkeeping, assisting patients in rehab / therapy area, assisting doctors as needed, and electronic medical records. People / communication skills, computer skills and typing speed >55wpm required. Use TypingTest.com to find out your speed and accuracy. Pay depending on skills and experience.  This is a fast pace environment and ideal candidate should be energectic and enjoy working with people, especially children, and able to multi-task.

Make sure you are aware of our office hours.  This may be a Part-Time (around 20-25 hours/week), or Full-Time (36-40 hours/week).  No weekends.  During training period, you may be asked to come earlier or during morning hours. PRACTICE REPRESENTATIVE (P.R.)

 We actively recruit P.R. in our office.  This may be a Part-Time (20+ hours) or Full-Time (36-40 hours) position.  This is NOT an in-office position  Scheduling is flexible, depending on events, etc. If you fit in these descriptions or more, fill out the online form below:


  1. An outgoing, social type personality, a people person that is "all smiles." 
  2. Professional appearance - a person with enough style to set up our booths or "lunch and learn" event so it has the professional look that we require.
  3. An individual that is quick to start up a conversation and relate to many different people.
  4. Someone that is 100% positive and negativity just bounces off of them.
  5. A master networker who is excellent with names and making contacts as well as tracking them.
  6. Great organizational skills to keep the referrals, networking, companies, reoccurring events and planning organized.
  7. Someone with dependable transportation who is able to travel within 20-30 minutes distance radius of Lawrenceburg (Frankfort, Versailles, Harrodsburg, Shelbyville, Waddy, etc.).
  8. Someone who can organize and conduct screenings at health fairs, public places, etc.
  9. Someone that is excellent at time management, energetic, and results-oriented.

 

*In addition, the person(s) would be face to face with potential patients and NOT in front of a computer planning events, logo's, advertising, branding or other creative marketing. The "wheel" is already created here at our office. This person(s) day to day duties would be most similar to an outside sales representative.

REHAB DIRECTOR /
CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER (A.T.C.)

We are passively collecting resumes and interviewing candidates for Rehab Director who will be in charge of our rehab department, diagnosing and prescribing exercises, manual and passive therapies.  This is a full time position, no weekends, Mon-Fri. RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST (R.T.)

We are collecting resumes for R.T. candidates for a part time/full time position.  You will work closely with patients, explaining procedures, positioning patients for X-rays, determining appropriate angle and height of X-ray equipment, and calculating the dosage of radiation needed to create quality X-rays of the appropriate density, detail, and contrast, which enables the physician to make an accurate diagnosis.  Depending on daily flow of patients, your tasks may overlap with other positions, including that of Patient Coordinator.  Benefits include complimentary chiropractic care for self, married spouse and children under 18 and employer-matched 401K retirement.

EVENT VENDOR REGISTRATION

VENDORS... MUST READ!!!

Hey there vendors!!  Glad you will be able to join us in our upcoming community events.  

  1. Please register below so we can have your info and so we can communicate better.  Registration is first come first serve due to LIMITED number of booths spaces available.  
  2. We do our best to avoid redundancy in services to prevent unhealthy competition.  Vendors who have registered for specific business, for example Mary Kay with Hand Scrub, will be the only Mary Kay vendor with Hand Scrub that night.  If another Mary Kay vendor would like to participate, it will have to be a different pampering service other than the Hand Scrub.  
  3. For Pamper Night event, the keyword is PAMPER.  If you have a home-based business or MLM in purse, or candles, or hats, or vitamins or whatever, you are welcome to join in, however, you must provide a pampering service to the public.  Be creative!  Hair braiding?  Eyebrow waxing?   If you can't think of anything, you have two great options:  (1) Join the Pamper Night as guests and be a Non-Participating Vendor (No Booth), read #5 below; or (2) Register early for our Fall Vendor's Fair (September) by filling the form below.
  4. If you don't want to have a booth but want to get your name out there, you can be a Non-Participating Vendor (No Booth), we ask that you contribute $25 or more in valued giveaways / freebies for raffles, etc.  Your business name will be announced during the event and included in the giveaways.  You may insert your contact info, etc.
  5. If you are a Participating Vendor (PV), there is a minimal $25 Booth Fee per booth/table to help out with our advertising cost, refreshment cost, rental space cost, and staffing cost.  
  6. Vendors are responsible to set up and tear down.  Vendors are required to have their booth / table set up and ready by 45 minutes prior or at the latest 30 minutes prior to the event starting time.  You don't want to be carrying your products in and out of the building while line is forming by the entrance.  Vendors are responsible to clean up their booth space and floor after the event.
  7. Our events are always well-attended and we require every vendor to bring at least one or two assistants with you.  Having assistants will help you talk or serve to more people at once and help people register with you for your services or products faster.  It helps saving your vocal cord too.  You may be talking nonstop for two hours, so keep that in mind.
  8. Make sure you have plenty of pampering / giveaway materials.  If you plan to do hand scrub or facials for example, be prepared to be able to do it on at least 50-80+ people in a matter of 2 hours.  Our highest attendance in 2 hours was 125 people FYI. 
  9. We provide food, drinks, refreshments, and staff to cater to guests at no additional cost to you.  However it is best that you and your assistants are well fed BEFORE the event to give you the energy boost and to save you time, because your crew will be quite busy the entire time and you won't have time to be chewing and pampering the ladies.
  10. Vendor Registration (PV) is only FINAL / COMPLETE with the $25 check or cash delivered to us and received at the latest one week in advance of the event.  If you submit registration less than 7 days prior to the event, the fee will be $40.
